We are happy to assist you with your warranty claim. In order to complete the claim, please make sure you have the following ready: 

● Your contact information and order details. 
● Details regarding the issue you are experiencing. 
● Photos / Videos of your Rockwell Water Tank and defect.  

Once your claim is submitted our customer service team will reach out within 1-2 business days and help resolve your claim.
