Customers have 24 hours from the time of placing their order to cancel and receive a full refund.
After 24 hours it is likely your order has shipped. If this is the case, then we may need to subtract shipping costs from refund.

We are able to offer a three-year warranty on all of our Oasis Series Tanks from the date the product was ordered. Defects are very uncommon and will likely manifest themselves the first time you fill your tank. Most issues occur with the faucets, bulk head fittings or with add on accessories. There are simple, cost effective ways to address issues unrelated to the tank itself and those options need to be exhausted before a tank defect is considered.

Damage caused by customers is not covered under the three-year warranty. Make sure you understand how and where to store your tanks to avoid these risks.

Sometimes damage to the tanks occurs during shipping. When a tank is delivered, please inspect it thoroughly to ensure your standards are met. If there is damage or other issues directly related to shipping these will be covered by the freight company and not by the three-year warranty.

If it is determined that a tank may be defective. It is best to call customer service and initiate a facetime call before returning. Otherwise, we will have the customer pay to ship the tank back to our facility where we will inspect the tank and determine whether or not the issue is covered by the manufacturer. If the tank is covered under the warranty and received prior to the three-year from order mark, we will reimburse shipping and send you a brand-new tank or refund you the total cost!
