Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation –

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. To receive a refund, you must request to cancel your order before it has shipped. All canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please see the “Returns” section for further information.

 

Will Call Orders –

Will call orders are typically ready within 24-48 hours of the purchase. Once you receive a “Ready for Pickup” email confirmation, you will have 7 business days to pick up your order. If you have not picked up your order within this time frame, your order will be canceled, and you will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from your total refund.

 

Returns –

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Products must be returned in original condition, with a proof of purchase. If products have been opened or used, returns may not be accepted. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping –

When your tank is delivered, make sure to inspect thoroughly to ensure your standards are met. If there is damage or other issues directly related to the shipping of your items, please reject the delivery, and report the reason why to the carrier. The freight company will be liable for this damage. If the product is damaged, and you have signed for it, the freight company is no longer liable. In this case, you will oversee the cost of shipping the product back to the sender.

 

Warranty -

For our water tanks, we offer a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Each tank will come with a warranty card with a unique number, and instructions to register your warranty. If your tank is without a warranty card, please contact us directly to see if you are eligible. Defects are uncommon and will likely manifest themselves when first filling your tank. If you experience any issues with your tank, please contact us at (888) 765-9355 or support@rockwellproducts.com. We will request proof of the defect to determine the best plan of action. If the tank defect cannot be verified through phone or email, the tank will need to be returned and inspected by us. The customer will pay to ship the tank back to our facility. If we determine the tank is covered under the warranty, and we have received it prior to the 3-year cut off, we will reimburse shipping and send you an equivalent product or refund you the total cost.
