3 Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Rockwell Water . This Limited Warranty applies to all Oasis Series water tanks.

If your tank was purchased before February 25, 2023, please contact support@rockwellinnovations.com / 801-787-3449*** Rock-Well Water Systems, DBA. Rockwell Products will not be held responsible and will not provide any warranty for the Oasis 70, Oasis 170 or Oasis 270's purchased before February 25, 2023, and will not be held responsible for any warranty for the Oasis 70, Oasis 170 or Oasis 270's purchased outside of the website "rockwellwater.com" or purchased through non-verified dealers.

What does this limited warranty cover?

We provide a limited three-year warranty on all defects in material and workmanship of our oasis series tanks from the date the product was ordered. This limited warranty extends to the original purchase only and is non-transferable. Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set forth in this warranty statement.

What will we do to correct problems?

If a product is determined to fall under warranty, Rockwell Water will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Rockwell Water is 3 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not apply to, and rockwell innovations is not liable for, the following:

  • Tank damage caused by the sun or freezing.
  • Improper installation, filling, or draining (see instructions).
  • Failure to comply with the provided warnings
  • Modifications to the tank.
  • Damage caused by others or outside forces.
  • Improper tank stacking.
  • Flooding caused by anything on this list.
  • Water quality.
  • Any defects on a product sold as a factory second that does not limit the tanks ability to hold water.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@rockwellproducts.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

If it is determined that a tank may be defective. It is best to call customer service and initiate a facetime call before returning. Otherwise, we will have the customer pay to ship the tank back to our facility where we will inspect the tank and determine whether or not the issue is covered by the manufacturer. If the tank is covered under the warranty and received prior to the three-year from order mark, we will reimburse shipping and send you a brand-new tank or refund you the total cost!
